Orders and Shipping

I've placed an order, now what?

Kick back and relax - as soon as your order is placed we’ll start processing it.

If you've ordered an embroidered item: As we prepare and hand make your items ourselves we currently operate an up to 1-2 week turnaround. We usually send out orders much quicker than that, but particularly at peak times it can take up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed and dispatched. We’re working on speeding that up though!

If you've ordered a Hawaiian shirt: As we order these in limited runs, we aim to dispatch these within 2 working days from the date of order. We often dispatch these much quicker though.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Rest assured your order will be making its way through our workshop! As a small family business, we embroider each and every item ourselves.

Due to the high volume of embroidered orders, our current turnaround time is at 1-2 weeks for us to embroider and dispatch your items. We always aim to dispatch much quicker when possible.

If you've ordered a Hawaiian shirt, we'll aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days from the date of order.

If you've ordered a combination of items, your full order will ship together within our current embroidery turnaround time. This allows us to lessen our environmental impact and ensure you receive your goods in one big package full of fun!

Do you accept returns?

To ensure minimum wastage and lessen our impact, our embroidered clothing is made-to-order by us in our workshops just for you, we're therefore unable to offer refunds on these items. In the unlikely event you have an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us by emailing us at

Currently we are able to accept returns on our Button Up shirts within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return your shirt we have a £5 return processing fee. Please drop us an email at to arrange your return. As we manufacture in small quantities to create minimum wastage we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges at this time.

Do you offer international shipping?

We sure do! We ship to the US, Canada and Europe and shipping prices are automatically calculated at the checkout. If you’re located somewhere else, please don’t hesitate to drop us a note via

USA 8-10days delivery after your order leaves our workshop - £15.

Europe 5-7 days delivery after your order leaves our workshop - £12. 

Canada 8-10 days delivery after your order leaves our workshop - £16.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or charges.

Can I change or edit my order?

As we’re a small, family run business and all of our items are made-to-order especially for you, we’re unable to edit or change your order once it has been placed.


What is your sizing like?

Ah, decisions, decisions! We understand shopping online can be tricky, so we're more than happy to help with sizing where we can.

Your first port of call is our size guide. We would recommend grabbing a tape measure and measuring around the fullest point of your chest, to then compare this measurement with our size guide.

We also provide the sizing that is featured in our product photos to help your judgement.
