Refund policy

Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns or cancellations at this time. In the unlikely event that you discover a fault with your purchase upon delivery, please contact us within 14 days of its arrival. 

We are able to accept returns on non made-to-order products. Please note that any returns are to be charged a restocking/delivery fee when returning.
