Shipping policy

For embroidered products: as we embroider all items that we sell, we fulfil orders on a made to order basis. Our current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks plus shipping time.

For non-embroidered products: we aim to dispatch these within 1-2 working days from day of order.

We have a range of delivery options available at checkout: 

- Free UK 2nd class shipping (please allow 3-4 working days from day of dispatch)

- UK 1st class shipping (please allow 2-3 working days from day of dispatch)

- UK 24 fully tracked shipping (please allow up to 2 working days from date of dispatch)

International services may vary in length due to unforeseen circumstances but the below gives an indication as to the shipping duration, please note this does not include our turnaround time. Thread Type is not liable for any delays or charges applied by customs.

- US and Canada: Fully tracked standard international shipping (please allow 14 working days)

- Europe: Fully tracked standard international shipping (please allow 10 working days)

- Australia: Fully tracked standard international shipping (please allow 14 working days)
